1. Who is responsible for your data

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect and why

Contact and rental request forms. When you send us a message through the contact form or the rental request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the details of your event or enquiry, and the content of your message. We use this data to answer you, prepare quotes, and arrange rentals or demos. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form.

WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us through WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we process the contact details and content you send us for the same purposes. WhatsApp is a service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta), and its own privacy policy applies to that channel.

Website usage. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages viewed, country, device type and referrer). This data is anonymous and aggregated; it does not use cookies or identify you personally. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Language preference. The language you choose on the website is stored in your browser (localStorage) so the site remembers it. This is a purely functional setting, it contains no personal data, and it never leaves your device.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Who receives your data

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. The following providers process data on our behalf, only as needed to run this website and answer you:

  • Web3Forms (form delivery service): forwards the messages you send through our forms to our email inbox.
  • Vercel Inc. (website hosting and analytics): hosts the website and provides anonymous usage statistics.
  • Google (email hosting): stores and delivers our email, including the messages you send us.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Where that happens, they rely on the European Commission's adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so, for example to tax authorities or courts.

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you, so we can follow up on your request. Quotes, contracts and invoices are kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires, which can be up to six years.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. All communication with this website is encrypted (HTTPS).

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or profiling, and does not set third-party cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
